Over the past two years, Livingston HealthCare has vastly expanded the variety of surgical services it now brings to our community. Livingston HealthCare will be able to expand current services and accommodate new surgical service lines such as cardiology and gynecology oncology and expand current urology, obstetrics/gynecology, ophthalmology, and general surgery capacities. This age group has an estimated 32% increase between 2021 and 2026. Additionally, the population of individuals aged 65 and older is expected to grow by 15% during the same period. With our ability to accommodate inpatient stays, patients undergoing orthopedic spine surgeries, total joint replacements, and other general or emergent surgeries can benefit from seamless pre-and post-operative care.
