The local Livingston American Legion Baseball organization collaborates with Livingston Schools and a group of parents, players, and community members to provide the funding and the field for the Park High School Baseball Program, new in 2024. The model for beginning new programs with community support until the school activities budget can absorb the cost is similar to that used to begin softball and soccer at Park High. Park High Ranger Baseball games are played at our Legion Field at Jack Weimer Park, and we offer additional opportunities for our high school players to practice and compete on our Legion team during the summer. Park High School had a highly successful, winning first season of baseball, finishing second in our conference, earning a home playoff game and fielding full Varsity and Junior Varsity teams, both with winning records. In 2022 MHSA officially sanctioned high school baseball in Montana and the Livingston School Board approved the sport at Park High in 2023. Please support our collaborative efforts to finish building the foundation for the Park High Baseball program and to provide the field and equipment for all high school level play.
