Livingston Youth Soccer has been a volunteer-led organization in the community of Park County since 1985. In that time LYSA has served over 8,000 youth participants, providing growth experiences on and off the pitch for youth ages 5-19 in both a Spring Competitive League and Fall Recreational League. We have partnered with Livingston Recreation Department to offer indoor soccer (futsal) during the winter months for the past 10 years, offering year-round contact with youth participants and parents.
Ways we Engage: -Our Spring competitive teams travel across the state, from Libby to Sidney, representing our community and playing a high level of soccer. -Our Fall recreational program engages parents through coaching, refereeing, and an improved understanding of the game. -We train our coaches with national-level curriculum--all coaches adhere to US Youth Soccer standards to uphold the safety and well-being of the children. -We offer and run summer soccer camps with nationally renowned partners in youth soccer -We train youth to be nationally certified referees, offering them paying positions and knowledge they can take with them after their time as youth players is complete
A long-standing vision of LYSA was to create a city park, accessible to all, with high-quality soccer turf to not only host the best of competitions but to offer a community outdoor space that is well maintained and can offer vitality to the soccer community and the Livingston population at-large. Northside Park and Soccer Fields are the cumulation of many years of work and generous donations. These fields and their use also offer a huge positive economic impact for Livingston, as well as an accessible public green space on the city's north side.
Your donations will go directly towards keeping our fees down for players through team sponsorships, scholarships for players, summer camp costs, coach development fees, and field and park maintenance. We can only keep these great programs available and financially accessible to all through your generous donations. The kids thank you!
