We credit some of our success to my own personal experience surviving a trauma injury due to a gun shot wound over 30 years ago. I began training my very first mobility service dog (SD) in 1986. It was then I recognized I was unable to make it fully through recovery and rehabilitation on my own and personally observed the amazing benefits of having a SD and how it has helped me tremendously with independence. I also recognized the importance of a solid support group. One of our favorite slogans is "Together we make a difference." Since 2009 we have assisted over 80 Veterans majority being service Dog projects. We look forward to continuing to serve our beautiful state of Montana and Park County.
