Hi friends and family!  You all know that our family stays very busy with many things, but one of the consistent places and events in our lives has been our love and involvement at the Shane Leland Center for the Arts.  Since the kids were toddlers the Shane has provided opportunity for them to explore the arts, music and so much more.  I regularly attend community theater and music shows with my mother and Matine - a tradition and experience so precious to us.  I now have the privelage of being on the Shane's Board of Directors and never in all my years of being in and around non-profits have I seen a more transparent, better run organization.  Their ability to maximize resources and manage do what they do with a budget is mind-blowing.  EVERY cent that goes to the Shane comes back to this community 10-fold.  The children to adults that work in and around the Shane are blessed.  it shows in the dynamic energy, talents and enjoyments of this unique community.
